Title Sponsorship Package

As exclusive sponsor, your brand will be the only commercial partner linked to all aspects of the event
including: pre and post event marketing and all branding at the event. Benefits of your sponsorship package will combine Title Sponsor and Sub Sponsor benefits detailed below;

Pre-event
• Title sponsorship of the event: ‘World Pole Sport & Fitness in association with <sponsor name>’
• Logo on all publicity material including marketing brochures, emails, forms and press releases
• Global media opportunities and coverage at Miss Pole Dance Events
• Branding on all World Pole Sport & Fitness 2010 materials
• Provision of marketing materials for competitors and spectator packs

At the Event
• 12 complimentary VIP tickets to the World Pole Sport & Fitness Competition Showcase Night
• A complimentary workshop with an international instructor for up to 10 people
• Use of banners during the week and at the Competition
• Opportunity to collect spectators names and contact details
• Opportunity to provide all competitors, guests and spectators with a branded “Goody Bag”
• Verbal thank you from the compere on stage during the Competitions
• Opportunity to hand out prizes to winning competitors for onstage and DVD and media exposure
• Chance to meet and welcome all competitors and spectators at the World Finals
• Branding displayed during all events

After the Event
• Acknowledgment of your sponsorship will appear on all related press releases
• Accreditation of the sponsorship will appear on the web site
• Acknowledgement of sponsor to appear on all post-event communications with competitors and partner organisers
• Sponsor will be provided with a delegate list including all contact details

DVD
• Part of this sponsorship will be used to fund a DVD of the event where this will be branded with the sponsor logo
• The sponsor's company can include a '2 minute sizzle video advert' of the Company and products
• A sponsor’s leaflet can be included within the DVD
• Sponsor will be provided with the video footage to upload onto their website

VIP Champagne Reception
• Opportunity to host an branded evening VIP reception for competitors, partners and sponsor guests.
